Goldengrove Building Group Pty Ltd (trading as GBG Homes) was incorporated in 2008 and is headed by directors Ross Toshach and Gary Paterson. GBG Homes focused solely on building upmarket, architecturally designed homes for high net worth clients for the first three years of operation, with homes having been built in exclusive Brisbane suburbs such as Ascot, Murrarrie, Sherwood and Graceville.

In 2011 GBG Homes extended its building operations to also include the construction of investment homes in high growth areas, applying all their skills acquired through a prestige building background to each and every investment home undertaken to deliver a finished product that is second to none.
